TBH Creative partners with Northpoint’s internal team to continually improve the website and strategically develop their online resources. Recent improvements have included landing pages, ongoing website updates and upgrades, and the development of a new healthcare app for parents created to help parents with common questions and tools and leveraged to reduce nurse time expenses answering calls.
We have further helped Northpoint Pediatrics build an inbound marketing strategy that includes blogging, email marketing, and social media advertising. In 2017, we created a new portal for parents called MyChild's Chart.
