The IU Public Policy Institute’s website was a treasure trove of data and research. However, their website was so cumbersome for users to navigate that it was difficult to access the wealth of information. The Institute knew they had a problem but weren't sure how to define it, what their audience really wanted, or where to go next. The Institute was also moving through a brand refinement process, and it was critical that the site more clearly communicate their expertise and services. Starting with an in-depth strategy session, TBH Creative looked at the site from the ground up, updating the design, database search options and interactivity.
